While many offer valuable support, what sets my work apart is the unique combination of professional expertise, lived experience, and holistic healing practices that I bring to every client relationship. For more than two decades, I have worked in education, mental health, and leadership roles, supporting individuals, families, and teams through challenges, transitions, and growth. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how often those who spend their lives caring for, leading, teaching, and supporting others place their own well-being at the bottom of the list.
My work is designed specifically for those carrying significant responsibilities professionals, caregivers, leaders, and individuals who are seeking a sustainable way to restore balance, reconnect with themselves, and thrive both personally and professionally. I offer a blend of practical guidance and holistic healing modalities, creating a personalized experience that supports the whole person mind, body, and spirit. I am a wife, mother of two, wellness guide, and lifelong advocate for helping people navigate life's challenges with resilience, purpose, and grace. With a Master's Degree in Social Work and more than 20 years of experience in education, mental health, and leadership, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through stress, transitions, adversity, and personal growth. My work has allowed me to witness both the strength and the struggles of people who spend their lives caring for others.
Despite helping others professionally, there was a time when I found myself feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and disconnected from my own needs. Like many high-achieving professionals and caregivers, I was constantly managing responsibilities, supporting others, and pushing through exhaustion without giving myself the same level of care and attention.
Eventually, I realized something had to change. I began seeking support through coaching, mindfulness practices, energy healing, and personal development. Through that journey, I learned how to slow down, reconnect with myself, and create a life that felt more balanced, intentional, and aligned.
I began to reconnect with myself and rediscover what truly mattered to me.

Inspired by my own healing journey, I became a Certified Professional Life Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, and 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher. Today, I combine my professional expertise with holistic wellness practices to help caring professionals, leaders, and caregivers restore their energy, strengthen their resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.

Meeting weekly, this supportive space offers an opportunity to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself in the midst of life's responsibilities.
Each session includes a blend of meaningful conversation, mindfulness practices, meditation, wellness education, reflection, and personal growth tools designed to help reduce stress, build resilience, and support emotional well-being.
